Please take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, so we can replace it with another product.

A full refund will be issued if the product you received is completely different from the description on our website.

A 30% deduction, or a minimum fee of $2.50 (25 MAD), will be applied if the customer simply does not want the product and it has no defect or issue.
